Excellent Breakfast, lots of choice. Probably the most consistent and friendly staff of any holiday Very rare I could easily mention over ten people by name who went above and beyond or at least were exceptionally helpful We always say it’s the people you meet on holiday that make great holidays extra special it’s not always what they say that you remember it’s how they make you feel, that’s what’s stays with you and the below people all typify this warm happy feeling, (although now sad because our holiday with you at Crystal Waters has now come to an end) The cleaners Elijah and his wife, very nice people , hardworking we wish them well Thanos, we can tell Thanos genuinely loves working here, you can see he has a heart of gold , he has a special place in our hearts we just love the guy and appreciated all the help and huge smiles ,he must be great to have around Branca so wonderful to meet her, such a happy smiling kind lady Katerina another huge beaming smile and happy to help organise anything Eleni Where our journey started many months ago helpful emails and a final wonderful heart warming email and such a nice person, for helping and arranging the perfect room based on our requests, how often does a hotel listen and help you achieve the requests Chrissa and Kostas again so helpful nice people and always happy to help. Ionna always remembers our name Effos the lady with the round glass in Duende and the amazing lady from Argentina Quite a few staff from Emerald , one young lady always remembered I would forget a spoon (for my yoghurt) and would just turn up with one, (how does she do that) ! 😊 And of course, our ray of sunshine to greet us at breakfast every morning the fabulous ever smiling Efi , who effortlessly dealt with the constant stream of guests every day, we wish her all the very best.I dont have room to say everything but must mention the lovely Nota from Natsumi and Ahmed for amazing evenings in the oriental restaurant so helpful and great fo

Place was spotless

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s spotless clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home.  The environment was pleasant and very welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The architecture, atmosphere, and service were great in this big hotel. This is the place if you are looking for a good hotel with many pools and good food to eat within the complex. The restaurants there are two of the best restaurants in town. In general, they went over and beyond to help us make our stay enjoyable. They have upgraded our room by giving us a room with a private pool, which was extraordinary, and we are thankful for that. We will definitely come back :)

I cannot recommend this hotel enough for its outstanding hospitality, beautiful accommodations, and unrivaled amenities. Welcoming Experience From the moment I arrived (quite late in the evening), the service blew me away. I was warmly greeted by Christos and his incredibly professional reception team. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and my luggage was promptly delivered to my room. To my surprise and delight, I was upgraded to a room with a private pool, setting a luxurious tone for my visit. Throughout my stay, the reception staff exceeded my expectations. I want to give special mentions to Christine and Christa, who went above and beyond to ensure I felt thoroughly welcomed. A heartfelt thank you to Christos, who demonstrated exceptional customer service. The reception team is a true asset to this hotel. Room and Amenities The room itself was modern and beautifully designed, offering thoughtful touches like complimentary wine and fresh fruit upon arrival. It was well-equipped with: Tea and coffee facilities A mini fridge Hairdryer High-quality cosmetics And, of course, the highlight was the stunning private pool that elevated my stay to one of sheer luxury. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax in privacy. Spa, Gym, and Massage One of the standout features of Crystal Waters is the spa and gym experience. The gym is tucked away on a secluded hillside, offering breathtaking views while providing top-notch equipment. It was a serene and inspiring spot for a workout. But the true gem of my stay was the massage with Dimitra. Having traveled extensively, I can confidently say it was one of the most incredible massages I’ve experienced.

Beautiful hotel with modern rooms, 3 public pools, friendly staff, great breakfast and an amazing Asian restaurant. The hotel is built like a little village and is absolutely beautiful. If we come to Lefkada again we would definitely stay here.
